     E-mail addresses are often displayed on this website in one of three ways:

            1) Through registered bulletin board users.
            2) When we display e-mail from a user.
            3) After being posted by a third party to the bulletin boards.

     Any e-mail address registered in the YaBB profile can be seen by anyone using the bulletin boards, and can be changed via the YaBB profile editor. Entering a false e-mail address is frowned upon, and may get a user barred if he/she appears to be a potential problem. Otherwise, the address is only necessary when a password is forgotten and needs to be sent to the user (an invalid e-mail address will most likely result in an inaccessible account if the password is forgotten).

     Any correspondence you have with the website may be publicly posted along with your e-mail address. We will often honor requests to withhold posting an e-mail address if we receive a specific request for such an action.

     An e-mail address posted to the bulletin board by a third party can be removed by the poster in question IF it is on the bulletin board.
